- Payouts (Disbuz): UK (GBP), Nigeria (NGN), Ghana (GHS)
- Open Banking: UK accounts only
- Utilities / Bill Payments: Nigerian audience only
- Banking as a Service (BaaS): UK and supported regions
Users outside supported regions are not permitted to access services.
3. Scope of Services
Payceler provides a technology platform for onboarding, account access, payment management, reporting, and related support.
Accounts and financial services are provided by licensed and regulated partners; Payceler is not a bank or e-money institution.
Services include:
- Multi-currency accounts for holding and managing funds
- Collection accounts for receiving payments locally
- Virtual accounts and sub-accounts for structured fund management
4. Account Use & Restrictions
- Accounts must not be used for illegal activities, fraud, or sanctioned transactions.
- Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and partner policies.
- Onboarding involves KYC/AML verification according to UK and local regulations.
5. Fees & Partner Charges
- Payceler may charge platform fees.
- Partner services may incur additional fees, which are the responsibility of the user.
- Users are responsible for currency conversion fees, transaction fees, and related costs.
6. Data, Privacy & Cookies
Data Collection & Use
- We collect personal, business, financial, and transaction data.
- Purpose: onboarding, verification, transaction processing, reporting, support, and platform operations.
Sharing with Partners
Data is shared with regulated partners to provide services and maintain compliance.
Cross-Border Transfers
Data may be transferred to partners in supported jurisdictions in accordance with GDPR and local privacy laws.
User Rights
Access, correction, deletion, and objection rights under GDPR or local law.

8. Acceptable Use / Prohibited Activities

- Money laundering, fraud, terrorist financing, or transactions involving sanctioned entities
- Unauthorized access, hacking, or misuse of platform services
- Violation of applicable laws, regulations, or partner policies
Consequences:
Payceler may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Payceler is not liable for partner service failures, delays, or errors.
- Indirect, consequential, or anticipated losses are excluded.
- Users acknowledge that they use Payceler services at their own risk, subject to partner terms.
10. Termination of Access
- Payceler or partners may suspend or terminate access for violations, regulatory requirements, or partner limitations.
- Users must settle any outstanding obligations before termination.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These terms are governed by English law.
- The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
